Before using our website, customers are requested to CAREFULLY READ all the conditions and procedures stated below.
The website, which can be found at www.amicasas.com, is used solely for wholesaling leatherware, fashion accessories, and the other goods on display. All customers (whether business or non-business) who place an order via the aforesaid website are required to accept the terms and conditions of sale set out below. ‘Customer order’ refers to the order for the goods on sale placed by completion of the form available on the website.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
First and foremost, you must be a registered user.
Registration with the site is free of charge and does not entail any obligation to purchase for the registered user. When registering, users are required to choose a password which, used in conjunction with their email address, will allow them to access their account. After this, customers can browse the website, view product prices, place orders, and more. Customers are required to provide the data necessary to process the order.
SALES
The sale agreement becomes binding on the parties when AMICA s.a.s. sends the confirmation for the order received to the customer’s email address (given during the registration process).
It should be noted that AMICA s.a.s. may alter products and prices without prior notice.
DELIVERY PROCEDURES
Orders are normally dispatched by AMICA s.a.s. within 1-5 days of receipt. The goods ordered are sent by courier to the delivery address stated in the order by the customer. Delivery times for goods sent by courier to Italy are 24-48 hours, while deliveries abroad will be calculated on an as and when basis. N.B. All times given are approximate and are not binding on AMICA s.a.s.
In the event that one or more products are unavailable, AMICA s.a.s. will ship those available. Partial delivery shall be deemed valid and shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or seek damages or compensation.
From the time the goods are delivered to the courier, the risks arising from the carriage thereof are borne by the customer.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are given in euros (€), before application of the VAT (Value Added Tax) in force for the respective goods classes. The total price of the goods resulting at the end of the order does not include carriage, customs duties, and/or any further taxes applicable to the sale in connection with the importing of goods into foreign countries. Any further charges for customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient of the goods.
The payment shall be made using any of the methods envisaged in this site in relation to the order, or in accordance with any agreement in place between the customer and AMICA s.a.s.
PRIVACY
The details which the customer is required to provide in order to process the order are handled in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 2003 on the protection of personal data. For more information, please see the Privacy section.
NOTIFICATIONS
In order to be valid, notifications between the parties shall be made in writing (including therein by email) and sent to the address stated by the other party on the order and in the website.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT AUTHORITY
The agreement in question shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. All and any disputes arising from the agreement or in relation thereto shall be settled solely by the Court of Bologna, Italy.
