Procedure

STEP 1 REGISTRATION

Registration is free of charge and necessary if you wish to view the prices of the goods, place orders, manage deliveries, etc. You can register by simply clicking on any of the Register buttons that appear next to the word “Price” or via the item in the menu at the foot of the page under REGISTRATION.

STEP 2 VIEWING THE GOODS

Our products can be viewed by choosing the article type via one of the various buttons on the home page and/or filtering the results in the left-hand column. You can open an overviewof the products, which can be enlarged by simply scrolling over them, or you can obtain a quick overviewof some of the details by clicking on the square Preview symbol or clicking on the item concerned to open the detailed data sheet.

STEP 3 WATCH OR ORDER

IIf you are interested in an article, you can click on the small, brown, heart-shaped icon in the preview page or in the product data sheet. This way, you can create a list of products to keep ‘watching’, and this status allows you to go back to these items later on.

If you decide that the item is what you are looking for, you can place the order by simply clicking on the shopping trolley icon or on Add to trolley,after stating the quantities and colours required for the chosen article. The colors available are shown in a pull-down menu and can be seen under the main picture.

STEP 4

This step allows you to complete the transaction and send the order. From Chosen Items in the top right-hand corner or directly via Checkout, also in the top right-hand corner, you can proceed by selecting the various other options, linked to carriage, payment, etc.

In the first and second sections of the checkout procedure, you check and set the billing address and the delivery address, which can be different. In the third section, you select the carriage type. Carriage is always provided by a courier, at a set rate of €9.00 for all deliveries to Italy and free for orders over €500.00. For overseas deliveries, the goods are priced ex works and the choice/cost of the courier are left up/charged to you (please feel free to ask us for a quote). In the fourth stage of the checkout procedure, you select the payment method, which can be Cash on Delivery for amounts below €1,000.00, bank transfer or payment arrangement with the head office (GOLD customers only). GOLD customers are those who have either been doing business with us for a certain length of time or have reached certain levels of purchases, with whom we have certain payment arrangements already established.

N.B. Each section can always be changed (in the left-hand column) until the order has been placed. For special cases, we suggest you contact our customer service department.

When the information entered in the fourth section is confirmed, you can review the order, complete with VAT and any costs.. You can now confirm by clicking the brown Place your order button in the bottom right-hand corner and you will automatically receive a copy of the order at the email address entered during registration.

AMICA S.A.S. will confirm receipt of the order and availability of the items requested within 1-2 days. We will then dispatch the items depending on the time required for the payment.

Returns

Returns are governed in compliance with Italian law and shall be agreed in advance with the management.

Carriage paid for returns shall be borne by the customer and the goods may be either refunded or exchanged, depending on arrangements in place.
